The Mission to lose 120 Pounds: COMPLETED

BEFORE

AFTER

The journey has been hard, exciting, reality checking, and most importantly God glorifying. As I strive to glorify God, God honored me by allowing my journey to be a ministry and a sermon to many people who have witness me go through this journey in my life. I may write a book. :)

If God and I can team up to accomplish this great endeavor in the physical, imagine what we can do in the Spiritual. ~ Peace, The Young Lion

CHRISTianity above our HUMANity

The phrase “I’m a Christian” has become a cliché in many circle within society. It is my belief that the phrase stated above has lost its significance, uniqueness, and most importantly its radicalness. It is my opinion that the convenientness of our HUMANity has slipped into our CHRISTianity and encouraged a more convenient Christianity rather than a radical Christianity. Christianity radically goes against our humanity. When I speak in terms of humanity, I speak of the standards and basic lifestyles of the human race that goes against the standards and lifestyle of Christ.

For example: Our humanity repays evil for evil, whereas Christianity promotes non-violent and love in the midst of violence and hatred.

Though this is such an exhaustive topic, I desire to address and encourage the attitude Christians should have in a time where the sovereignty of humanity is promoted in the society.

Yes Bin Ladan reaped what he sowed. He sowed war, murder, hatred, etc; therefore he reaped and is reaping what he has sown.
While the world celebrates the defeat of Bin Ladan, Christians should never do such a thing. Christians should never rejoice when someone reaps what they have sown OUTSIDE of the grace of God. There is a big difference in reaping what you sowed being OUTSIDE of Christ than that of being INSIDE of Christ.

The Bible still says that “… God so loved the world…” A world that is filled with hatred, liars, murderers, adulterers, homosexuals, atheists, and really people like YOU and I. But,GOD STILL LOVES US!

“… that He gave His one and only Son…” God’s love presented a gift that goes way beyond the worldly tolerance of sin. Some maybe despise Bin Ladan, homosexuals, murderers, atheists, and people like you and I; however the gift and the ransom was still presented for ALL sinners.

“…that whosoever believes in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life…” As dirty as all of us were, are, and will be – it is through the grace of God that salvation is possible. I know Bin Ladan didn’t honor Christ, perhaps he even cursed Christ; but if the love of God was presented and exemplify in his life, if he decided to repent from the RADICAL Islamic faith, and turn to Christ, I believe he would be my brother in Christ.

If he entered into Christ, does that mean he wouldn’t have to reap what he sowed? NO, not at all, but he would of reaped what he sowed IN CHRIST JESUS.

Therefore, Christians who are saved by grace through faith, should never rejoice when a sinful individual die outside of Christ, but should have a sense of sorrow that the individual chose to reject the gift of God.

Let us rise and live in our radical CHRISTianity so that we can be a blessing, a salt, and a light in a HUMAN-ity elevated society.

While HUMANity promotes hatred, CHRISTianity promote love
While HUMANity promotes revenge, CHRISTianity promote forgiveness
While HUMANity promotes hell for those who are outside of the world’s tolerance level, CHRISTianity promote God’s grace for the dirtiest sinner in the world.
While HUMANity promotes humans, CHRISTianity promotes CHRIST!
